Dr. Marks Academy and The Mental Wellness Space are operated by Marks Psychiatry and Forensic Services ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms cover drmarksacademy.com, mentalwellnessspace.com, the course portal at learn.drmarksacademy.com, and our educational courses, assessments, and related services that link to these terms, including Re-engiNEAR Your Brain. Our courses, workbooks, and self-assessments provide education and opportunities for personal reflection. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment, individualized medical advice, or emergency services. Participation does not create a clinician-patient relationship with Dr. Marks. Assessment scores are not clinical findings or a guarantee of outcomes. Consult your own qualified professional about personal medical concerns. Do not use course messages or reflections to request urgent assistance.
The services are intended for adults age 18 and older. Provide accurate account information, use your own account, protect your login credentials, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not submit an assessment under another person's identity.
Your purchase of Re-engiNEAR Your Brain includes unlimited access, with no scheduled expiration date, subject to these terms. The price, included materials, payment schedule, and any recurring billing terms will be shown in the offer and checkout before purchase. An individual purchase grants access for the enrolled individual; it does not grant a license to train a workforce or redistribute course materials.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Please include the email used for your purchase and your order number, if available.
Refunds are issued for the full purchase price minus $45 for the course playbook and workbook (printed or digital), which you keep.
Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain in effect. A separate organization license or signed agreement governs purchases made under that agreement.
We or our licensors retain rights in course videos, writing, designs, workbooks, assessment logic, and branding. Subject to your purchase and these terms, you may access course materials and download or print materials offered for that purpose for your personal learning. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or use them to deliver your own training without written permission.
You retain ownership of the original content you submit. You give us and the providers operating the services permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to deliver the requested features and support you.
Private assessment answers and reflections are handled under our Privacy Policy. Submitting them does not grant us unrestricted rights to sell them or use them in advertising. Public or shared discussion posts may be visible to their stated audience. Do not post confidential information about other people or content you lack permission to share.
Follow the assessment's saving instructions and wait for confirmation before leaving. Saved reports reflect the answers and report version associated with that submission. Saving another High-Functioning Self-Assessment replaces the report displayed in your profile; submission records may retain earlier entries as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact support if a saved report does not display as expected.
Keep your account and personal report links private. We do not promise permanent archival storage or uninterrupted availability.
Do not impersonate others, access another person's records, interfere with security or service operation, upload malicious material, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or use the services unlawfully. We may moderate content or restrict access to address misuse, security concerns, or violations, subject to applicable law and your purchase rights.
Course hosting, payments, and other functions may use third-party services. Linked websites may have their own terms and privacy notices. Purchases on mentalwellnessspace.store are subject to the policies presented by that store.
Program: Dr. Tracey Marks (Marks Psychiatry and Forensic Services) sends text messages to people who opt in, including reminders for live trainings and events and updates about programs they have registered for or purchased.
Opting in: You opt in by checking the text messaging consent box on one of our forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or registration.
Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Privacy: Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share them with third parties for marketing purposes.
Features and content may change, and maintenance or technical issues can interrupt access. We will address material changes to purchased access in accordance with the applicable offer and law. No particular health, career, or personal outcome is guaranteed.
